Register today for the World CP Challenge!

The World CP Challenge is an exciting 4 week team activity that runs for the month of September.

The Challenge requires participants to form a team of 4. Each Team Member will then track their daily step count (by wearing a pedometer) or other fitness activity and record this on their personalised World CP Challenge webpage.

Participants don’t just have to walk – you can run, cycle, swim or even play bowls to notch up your daily steps. There are over 40 activities to choose from including activities suitable for people with a disability.

Each team selects a division to enter based on the fitness level of Team Members. There are 3 divisions to choose from, each in the form of a different 'virtual mountain' that the team needs to climb by the end of the Challenge.

Each day, when you enter your steps your team will progress up your virtual mountain. The aim of the Challenge is for each team to reach the top by the end of the 4 weeks.

Participants will be encouraged to fundraise from the time they register until the end of the event with all proceeds going towards helping people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

Once a team is registered, each participant will be sent a ‘Challenge Kit’ which will include 2 pedometers.
